How We Made It Here!

Hey y’all! I’m Trisha, owner and operator of Canary Kitchen. I am a licensed nurse by profession, but have always been passionate about the culinary arts. I began baking sweet potato pies for local church gatherings and school functions back in 1991. Three decades later, I have expanded my menu to include mouthwatering foods that produce joy and remind patrons of the good days.

For many years, I sold baked goods under a 10×10 canopy tent. Recently, God blessed me with a food trailer. I love it because it allows me the freedom to operate when and where I choose. Our passion to provide delicious food will always be the top priority. Our top-selling homemade chili is made with quality beef and seasoned with a perfect blend of proprietary ingredients.
